All items sold by Locally Ojai are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Incorrect size selection
- Color preference
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
This policy is consistent with California consumer law for custom and personalized goods.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- You must provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue
- The issue must be due to a manufacturing or printing error
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
